Some interesting "coincidence" David make sure to point out. We can see if from video 82.

Some screenshots here:

What a coincidence! This reminds us of:

Starline Tourists See Jackson Drama Unfold A bus full of tourists thought they were driving up a fancy street to look at Michael Jackson's front gate. Instead, they witnessed the last moments of Michael Jackson's life

And TMZ lauched its Starline tour bus

It is interesting the video playing, looks like the same guy Pearl interviewed outside the courtroom talking about Michael:

Should we look for more conections?

I am going through the photos from Elissa Fleak testimony and I am wondering why some items seems to be so important to David. Like the CD, CD player and the doll on the bed:

David made a big deal of it even saying it wasn't a medical evidence and call's attention to the CD player (video 87):

He calls attention to the brand of the CD player as he did to the brand "Starline".. He repeats "Bose" more than on time.

I tried to find something about it but I found only found Bose is a competitor to Sony on speakers, headphones and such.

Sometimes I get the feeling that the brand has to announced like "sponsors" for a movie and others are not allowed to be shown at court like the brand of the water from one of the witness which had to hide.

The other thing I noticed was the differences between bedrooms:

First I thought this bedroom was Michael's bedroom not bedroom number 2, but I noticed they were different, take a look at the doorway, this one has white wood and Michael's bedroom they are black:

So was the IV stand at bedroom2 or at Michael's bedroom?

Michael Jackson's Autopsy Doc
MJ Didn't Kill Himself

http://www.tmz.com/videos/0_6axh334q

The doctor who declared Michael Jackson's death a homicide claims it's extremely unlikely the singer killed himself with a deadly dose of Propofol -- insisting Dr. Conrad Murray is more likely to blame.

Dr. Christopher Rogers just testified -- Murray's description of the final moments leading up to Michael's cardiac arrest just doesn't add up.

Murray claims he left for two minutes to go to the bathroom -- and when he returned, Michael wasn't breathing. The defense will argue MJ self-administered a deadly dose of Propofol in that time.

But Rogers insists ... Murray's scenario is nearly impossible -- because in that two minute window, MJ would have had to wake up (under the influence of several powerful sedatives) and skillfully administer the deadly dose ... which would then have had to travel to his brain, causing him to stop breathing.

What's more likely, according to Rogers -- Murray administered several doses of Propofol in the hours leading to Michael's death without properly measuring them out ... resulting in an overdose.

4:05 PM: Rogers seemed to soften his initial position during cross-examination -- claiming it's unlikely MJ injected himself with a deadly dose of Propofol ... but it's still possible.

TRIAL:

Witness statements

-Alon Steinberg (Cardiologist)

At the prelim the prosecution had called Richard Ruffalo to discuss deviation from medical care. At the trial the prosecution called Alon Steinberg.

The prosecution has decided to call alternate witnesses in several occasions. The reason they did not call Richard Ruffalo was that he stated the following:

At the trial David Walberg (prosecution) didnt ask Alon Steinberg what he assumed concerning the time Murray had left the room other than what Murray said in the interview.

Flanagan (defense) did try to make him say that he had heard about the 911 call from other sources and he repeatedly asked mr Steinberg how long he "thought" Murray had left the room. Steinberg kept repeating it was 2 minutes as he is basing this on Murrays statements. It might sound weird that Flanagan was trying to say his own client may not be telling the truth but it seemed his agenda was to suggest that if Murray had left the room for more than 2 minutes, then it wasnt possible to save the patient. But either way it doesnt make Murray look good.

So the reason the Prosecution chose Alon Steinberg instead of Richard Ruffalo might be because they wanted the conclusions of the deviations to be based on Murray's own words.

Cardiologist -- Dr. Alon Steinberg Testifies
Updated 10/12/11 at 08:45 AM

Dr. Alon Steinberg -- one of the leading cardiologists for the California Medical Board -- just told the jury ... Dr. Conrad Murray demonstrated an "extreme deviation" from standard practices in his care for Michael Jackson.

* Dr. Steinberg made it clear he is a cardiologist... not an anesthesiologist.
* Steinberg testified he reviewed Murray's case relying solely on transcripts from his police interview because he wanted "to judge Dr. Murray on his very own words."
* He found 6 separate and distinct deviations of standard of care – each one amounting to "gross negligence."
* Steinberg said Propofol should only be used for procedures in a hospital and should never be used for sleep.
* According to Steinberg, Murray lacked basic equipment to keep the singer alive in case of emergency.
* Murray should have had an assistant at all times.
* Murray should have called 911 immediately.

Snapshot: Michael Jackson Autopsy Doctor Talks to Oswego Students

A welcome back treat recently for many Oswego students and faculty involved a visit from renowned Los Angeles pathologist Dr. Christopher Rogers.

Dr. Rogers, is tied to our community through his relationship to me, his sister, Beth Krane, and my family, Scott and our three boys. Many of the students were puzzled by who this man was until another name was mentioned—Michael Jackson.

Skipping some parts:

Of course the highlight for all the students at OHS was in the last 10 minutes when he discussed the Michael Jackson case. Dr. Rogers, who performed an autopsy on Jackson and testified at the Conrad Murray trial, brought the students into the home of the pop star with all its elaborate halls and extremely large rooms.

He explained the process which was in place to move Michael Jackson from his home to a nearby hospital and then having the body flown to the coroner's office to reduce the media and fan frenzy that had already erupted in the streets. Next was the protocol that required a strict lockdown of the facility, the room, and who would be allowed to handle the case.
The Chief Coroner, the Deputy Coroner (Dr. Rogers), and two other pathology interns. No cameras. No cell phones. No surveillance video. Pictures were taken for trials and documentation purposes and locked carefully into a vault. As Dr. Rogers stated, "the autopsy photos are going for $6.5 million dollars, and I'd like to note that I am still driving a Toyota from 2008."

So at the Coroner only 4 persons were allowed to see the body and still no cameras, no surveillance.. interesting
