PRELIM:

Witness statements

-Detective Myers

The detective talked to the persons on Murray's phone records, some are interesting:

Murray said he gave the propofol at 10:40-10:50 and this is a call at 10:52 talking to another doctor.

So, after Murray allegeded injected propofol to the patient he talks for 32 minutes to his office from 11:18 to 11:50...

more 3 minutes on the phone.

11:51 am Murray calls his "ex-girlfriend".Amir at 12:12 pm and his girlfriend Nicole in the ambulance..

Keep in mind.. Murray called Amir 12:12 pm.. Amir didn't answer.. Amir calls Murray back at 12:15pm, Amir calls Faheem/Alberto at 12:18 pm, 911 at 12:21 pm, paramedics arrives at 12:26 pm.

PRELIM:

Witness statements

-Orlando Martinez (LAPD detective)

This is the testimony of the detective Orlando Martinez at the hearing. I am posting so Fairy can continuing doing the excelent work she is doing comparing the preliminar hearing and the trial testimony.

I had to change the site I was using and this one has not so many details as the others 2 blogs.

Let's go:

The interview with Murray was at the hotel. I remember we heard at the trial some background noise in the recording.

Amir was the one to make the contact with Muray.

The time line here is a little bit different fromt he court (openning statements) so I am not sure if this blog got all of it at that time.

According with Murray's statements Propofol took 10-20 minutes to make Michael to sleep, what we know it does not work in this way.

He didn't call 911 because he didn't want to stop caring for his patient, but he called Amir and went to the kitchen and went to the stairs at the front door too..

Some highlights...

page 3:

The LAPD will have custody of the notes and they will never be released. How did TMZ get a hold of them at the same time they were presented in court? Funny wording about the LA county coroner dr. Lakshmanan "hopefully that would make him... help him determine the cause of death".

page 7

Very messy description of which officers took notes and Murray surprised that they did take notes after he left

page 8

page 9

Why are they involving the whole Jackson family? I never heard they had any part in choosing dr Murray. Murray says he doesnt know what other doctors Michael saw but later he talks a lot about them. Murray doesnt say what security guard recommended him, but obviusly someone who was working for Michael in 2006

page 10: Getting a call from Amir about the job

page 11 Working for AEG

page 12 Michael's health

page 13

The night of the rehearsal: Getting the call at 12:10 am

He stayed there on Michael's request, it sounds like Michael was planning the hoax and showing everyone it wouldnt be unusual to find Murray at the house on June 24 because he was always there

page 14

page 15

page 16

Estimation of time is good? Not necessary to know the exact time?

That sounds odd but good to know since all the timelines are way off, Murray gets the call from Amir at 12:10 (Amir said he called on the way home)

So Michael and Amir are on their way home from Staples at 12:10 and it takes Murray 50 minutes to get there and still he gets there before they do

A lot to read more than 125 pages and Fairy you have done a lot already.

TMZ changed the article:

Dr. Murray's Police Interview
What the Jury Hasn't Heard
...

http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/1007_conrad_murray_transcript_86.pdf

The jury only heard half of Dr. Conrad Murray's dramatic 2-hour interview with police today -- in which Murray admitted he pumped Michael Jackson full of sedatives before he died -- and now, here's the other half ... you have to read it to believe it.

Among the highlights ...

-- Murray details an emotional encounter with Katherine Jackson just moments after she hears the news -- she asks him if he knows how Michael died. Murray says he doesn't.
-- Murray claims Joe Jackson never showed up at the hospital the day MJ died.
-- And ... Murray explains why security cameras caught him exiting the hospital at 4:30PM.

The jury will hear the remainder of the recording when the trial resumes on Tuesday.

http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-what-jury-has-not-heard/#.TpAe1HKaDh5

The file here starts on the page 86.

http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/1007_conrad_murray_transcript_86.pdf

I didn't read it so I wonder if we will find the black out parts on it. Should we look for something specific?.

So I thought the trial woul resume on Monday, only Tuesday?

Something called my attention in this part of the fairytale:

Well, first this doesn't show on Amir phone record, at least not at this time. I am waiting to see the surveillance camera showing they arriving on 12:30...

Now it is interesting. Jun 24 was supposelly the day of the full rehearsal and according to this Michael had a lot of meeting and didn't have a full rehearsal.

Michael got at Staples Center after 7 PM, let's say 7:30 pm, go to makeup and changes clothes, let's assume he started the rehearsals at 8 P.M.(he is a superman he does everything fast), so it was left about 4 hours to record all the performances in that day and still have a lot of meetings.. Wow this guy is fast.. I wonder what kind of meetings he had.

I have to go over all of this, but just one thing:

At page 87 Murray says:

I thought he didn't meet the detectives there and I recall Amir saying he gave Murray's phone numbers to the detectives..

I will post later, but Murray says he didn't meet Michael's mother before, odd, if he knows Michael since 2006.

The next part is very interesting.. The police and the lawyers asking Murray about all the stuff found at the house to make sure what Murray gave him and what he would get from someone else. I have never heard of such an investigation. They should ask Murray to provide a list of the drugs he gave him instead of the other way around. Sounds like someone trying to scheme to get someone off the hook rather than having an open investigation

What a weird testimony. It sounds like someone reading a script to the record. Murray, doesn't not wait for the questions from the detective and to some questions his answers does not match the question.

This is a non sense, everybody knows Michael uses reading glasses for years. We saw this a lot, he even jokes about looking like Mr. Magoo or something like that.

It is well known that Michael has several reading glasses allover his place because he keeps loosing them.

Of course he as a prescription for his reading glasses

For someone with kind of money Michael has for sure he would get treatment for his eyes, before going leagally blind.

Of course, Michael has high sensitivy to light on his eyes, since it is a "side effect" of vitiligo (watch the video about it from a jornalist that has vitiligo, I posted in the forum), but I doubt Michael would go legally blind without looking for treatment.

Well, he is surprised about Michael having problems with his eyes but at the same time he makes appointments for it:

For someone so surprised why to make appointments??

It is funny, Michael had all these prescriptions drugs in there and none of them has his fingerprints. I wonder why he takes them..

The good Dr. Murray.. His story does not add up at all, tries to put the blame on mane.

DDA Q: Did he asked about what strength propofol?

Lopez: He asked about the specific price of propofol that you would be able to provide and saline bags.

DDA Q: Were able to provide him with the information?

Lopez: Subsequent phone calls, I was able to give him the relevant information. After that, on April 6 he placed an order for propofol and saline bags. Telephone order.

www.igroops.com/members/httpfairycom/comm/READ/00009088/Hearing-and-Trial-and-Contradictions-Tim-Lopez--Sally-Hirschberg-pharmacists.html

So at ApriL Murray was ordering propofol already also the "call" or "recorded voicemail" from May 10 is also in the time frame Murray was ordering propofol

Just for comparision:

Murray timeline:

He didn't have a watch so he LOOKE AT THE SUN and got the time...

He must have checked the SUN again.

30 pages after we have:

Wow... Michael was pretty excited at this time 122 beats?? Was him doing exercices, working out, running?

Now back to the topic. From Marx Sthephen we have:

Murray seems to be 1 hour off always.

Michael leaves Staples center around 12 am (Murray) Amir (1 am);

Michael stops breathing at 11 am (Murray), 12 pm (paramedics);

Maybe he was in different timezone or the SUN clock is running late.

Times, watches, clocks and timelines seems to be a popular issue with several people in this scenario. Paramedic Richard Senneff testified about the 'Runsheet' (the teletype he received from the 911 dispatcher and where he added his own handwritten notes to give to the emergency staff on arrival to UCLA. He testified he didnt have a watch, but he knew what time UCLA wanted to call it because he looked at the machine. Seems very odd a paramedic doesnt have a watch and evn more off that the machine is one hour off:

"What are the handwritten notes on your report (902M runsheet)?"

"14:00 the second time UCLA wanted to call it"

"Did you check on your watch?"

"No I dont wear a watch but I checked it on the machine and it was off by an hour"

"They were prepared to call it?"

"Yes"

Judge: "You said it was one hour off.. in what direction?"

"It was only 13:00"

Murray claims he didnt have a watch like Nimue just described and he also told this to Thao Nguyen but as muzicfactory posted: Murray is wearing a watch as he arrives at the UCLA

The whole meeting with Conrad Murray sounds so scripted and so off. Like we talked about on chat, the police are hardly asking any questions and somewhere in the interview you even read that Ed Chernoff says to the police officers: "Make sure you ask Murray about this" and at the end of the interview, like I said, they ask him every single drug which was found at the house and if he gave that to Michael instead of asking him for a list and then compare in their own investigation.

I still dont get why the meeting with Murray had to be held at a hotel and everything seems to go so smoothly and be so well prepared that I wonder how much of it was prepared prior to June 25

In the interview we hear that the officers asking Murray questions at UCLA werent the same as the ones assigned to the case (Scott Smith and Orlando Martinez).

So sometime in the late afternoon Martinez is assigned to the case. As we saw in the transcript, he tries to contact Murray (which would have been Thursday June 25 in the afternoon/evening and Friday June 26 in the morning, but no luck. Apparently Murray was advised by his lawyers not to respond if the police would call him. He is asked in the interview if he has a cell phone, a home phone and a work phone and he says yes.

So in the meantime Murray calls up his attorneys Chernoff and Michael Pena. We must assume Murray thought he would be in trouble so he contacted the lawyers and they advised him not to speak to the police. The LAPD seems to be fine with that. Odd.

Furthermore it is not the LAPD who finally sets the date, time and place for the interview. It is the attorneys who decide this. Odd.

The attorneys set the time for June 27 (a Saturday) at 4:02. During the interview we hear Chernoff telling the police "Dr Murray gave Michael this and that". So Murray in the meantime, while not talking to the police had extensive talks with his lawyers (they must have been real busy)

The attorneys decide to meet at the conference room at the hotel where they are staying. Odd place for a police interview. Furthermore a very expensive place for attorneys to be living while hired by Murray. How can he afford to hire these lawyers, let alone pay for them to stay at this luxury hotel?

These conference rooms seems quite the luxury compared to taking Michael to the police station and locking him inside a filthy restroom for 45 minutes. The price for the conference room is:

Why pay 750 dollars to interview Murray when you can take him to the police station? And who paid for that? There has been a lot of talk about hotels in this hoax, also the handwritten notes on the album "MICHAEL"... hmmm....

It all seems very well planned..Cool

What Are the Treatments for Hip Subluxation?
Surgery

A study on the effects of surgery for hip subluxation published in the November 2005 "Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, British Volume" looked at surgery for hip subluxation as a complication of intermediate spinal atrophy in 30 patients. One out of nine who had surgery reported a satisfactory outcome and four experienced recurrence of their subluxations. Among the 21 patients who did not have surgery, 18 still had hip subluxation at the last follow-up interview and only one of those had hip pain. Patients were evaluated using subjective reporting of their symptoms as well as with the use of imaging studies. The authors concluded that surgery was not justified for the patients included in their study.

TRIAL:

Witness statements

-Scott Smith (LAPD detective)

Dr. Conrad Murray admitted to police ... he administered dose after dose of multiple, powerful sleeping aids -- including Propofol -- over several hours .... before Michael Jackson died.

Prosecutors just played a portion of Dr. Murray's explosive 2-hour interview with police on June 27th, 2009 -- in which Murray claims Jackson "was unable to sleep naturally."

Murray told police, beginning around 1:30 AM, he gave MJ multiple doses of Lorazepam and Medazolam over the course of 9 hours on June 25th, 2009 to help the singer sleep -- but the drugs had no effect -- and then gave him other drugs as well.

Around 10:40 AM -- less than two hours before MJ's security guard called 911 -- Murray said he gave MJ 25mg of Propofol to put him to sleep ... claiming, "I took all precautions that were available to me."

Murray said he gave MJ Propofol daily -- with a few exceptions ... because he was trying to ween the singer off the "milk." According to Murray, "Michael loved that drug."

“I have to sleep, Dr. Conrad, I have these rehearsals to perform.” That’s what Dr. Conrad Murray told investigators Michael Jackson said to him in the early morning hours of June 25th, 2009. Hours later, Jackson was dead.

In what's been the most anticipated evidence in the trial, the prosecution played the jury Dr. Murray's 2-hour interview with LAPD detectives, recorded 2 days after MJ died.

Murray told detectives he arrived at Jackson’s rented mansion at 12:50 AM on June 25, and headed straight to Michael’s room to wait for him to come home after rehearsals. According to Murray, Jackson arrived at 1:05 am saying he was tired and fatigued. Murray rubbed a cream on Michael’s body to treat his Vitiligo ... then gave Michael a 10 mg Valium pill. Michael couldn’t sleep, so Murray says he then gave him 2 mg of the anti-anxiety drug, Lorazepam.

Dr. Conrad Murray
Massive Inconsistency In Murray's Story

http://www.tmz.com/videos/0_owkv1rgd/

Dr. Conrad Murray's interview with LAPD detectives reveals a huge inconsistency that could weigh heavily with the jury.

In the tape, Dr. Murray says he left Michael Jackson's room for only 2 minutes to go to the bathroom, and when he came back Michael Jackson was not breathing. Murray says he immediately began performing CPR.

But according to Sade Anding, Murray's Houston girlfriend who was on the phone with Murray, she says she was talking to him for a while when suddenly it appeared Murray dropped the phone and the emergency commenced.

So now there are competing stories -- Either Murray went to the bathroom as he told cops, or he was on the phone -- possibly distracted. If jurors believe Anding and the phone records, they could easily conclude Murray lied to cops.

Original video deleted

New videos added (10 videos with Scott Smith testimony):
Video #1

*Orlando Martinez (LAPD detective)

Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team came out swinging today with their first string of witnesses -- including two LAPD detectives, a doctor who treated MJ for 15 years, and one of MJ's nurses.

Detectives Dan Myers and Orlando Martinez told the jury ... MJ's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez never mentioned anything about Propofol until two months after Michael Jackson died -- suggesting Alvarez may not have his story straight.

You may recall -- Alvarez testified in the first week of the trial ... Murray ordered him to stash vials of Propofol in a bag before asking him to call 911.

More interesnting is that the autposy report didn't find it.

MaryJo, I got 3 explanations to that:

1) Michael is a SUPERMAN and don't feel pain (this is also explain how he couldn't sleep during the night, flying through the city all night)

2) Murray had other patient than Michael;

3) It is a fairytale and he was just following the script;

I just love the timeline in all of this!

Murray left the hospital at 17:02 PM according to the surveillance cameras at UCLA and it is said:

OBS: THE TIME FOR THE VIDEO IN THE TEXT BELOW MAY NOT BE THE SAME ON THE VIDEO POSTED BEFORE SINCE NEW VIDEOS WERE ADDED TO REPLACE THE OLD VIDEO

If you watch the video Smith says at 0:13 they got at UCLA 4:25 PM. If they were there more than 30 minutes before Murray's left why the other detectives were doing the interview and taking notes?

Why didn't Smith talked to Murray? (remember Amir/Faheem said and surveillance camera showed Murray leaving the emergency room 4:34 pm)

At 0:53 Smith say he went straight to the emergency room area!!!

According to the defense surveillance camera from UCLA Murray was in the waiting room at 4:54 PM.

Around 2:00 in the video Smith says he didn't meet Murray there and he describes the footage of Murray leaving the lobby at 4:34 PM which was Smith who got from UCLA as Murray leaving the building.

Now this footage at 7:02 in the video:

This is the footage from outside the building. Two things called my attention:

1) the time; it is 4:38 pm and the defense showed a footage with Murray inside of UCLA at 17:02 PM; This footage match with first one from Amir/Faheem statement and footage from the lobby at 4:34 PM, but does not match with the defense footage, with Murray at the lobby at 4:54PM and leaving at 5:02 PM;

2) The parking lot;It is desert, no one walking around, not even regular family members from people being treated at UCLA, no one walking at the parking lot; The helicopter left UCLA latter than that and the fans and papparazis were allover the place. Where did the papparazi go?

Even Michael could walk out from this exit without any disguise and no one would see!

Well no doubt Michael can fly, but I think it is just one of those inconsistencies where we are supposed to see this as a clue and say "Its a hoax!"
By the way.. TMZ doesnt call it a fairytale, they call it a Murray tale... hehe..

Anyway in the interview Murray lists the health problems he saw:

Pneumonia 2007 or 2008
Upper respiratory viral syndrome
Fractured toe
Lethargy (weakness dehydration)
Callouses in his feet

About Lethargy (weakness dehydration)

Fatigue (also called exhaustion, lethargy, languidness, languor, lassitude, and listlessness) is a state of awareness describing a range of afflictions, usually associated with physical and/or mental weakness, though varying from a general state of lethargy to a specific work-induced burning sensation within one's muscles. Physical fatigue is the inability to continue functioning at the level of one's normal abilities. It is widespread in everyday life, but usually becomes particularly noticeable during heavy exercise. Mental fatigue, on the other hand, rather manifests in somnolence (sleepiness).

Fatigue is considered a symptom, as opposed to a medical sign, because it is reported by the patient instead of being observed by others. Fatigue and ‘feelings of fatigue’ are often confused.

About Callouses

A callus (or callosity) is an especially toughened area of skin which has become relatively thick and hard in response to repeated friction, pressure, or other irritation. Rubbing that is too frequent or forceful will cause blisters rather than allow calluses to form. Since repeated contact is required, calluses are most often found on feet because of frequent walking. Calluses are generally not harmful, but may sometimes lead to other problems, such as skin ulceration or infection.

One of the previously used treatment for callus was cannabis until it was banned in treatment in 1937. I doubt though that the rotten cannabis they claimed was found at the house was from 1937. Cool
